ABOUT ME
Instructional Design with a Psychological Edge
II’ve always been fascinated by how people work, and that curiosity is what led me to retrain as an organisational psychologist specialising in learning and development.
I use my background in human behaviour to design training that starts with the person behind the screen.
Whether I'm building an interactive scenario or a simple job aid, my goal is to make sure what I create feels intuitive while still supporting the wider business goals.
I’m particularly interested in how technology is changing the way we work and the new skills we need to thrive.
When I’m not working on projects, you’ll usually find me catching up on a good drama or planning my next trip somewhere warm.
MY PROCESS
For projects that require end-to-end management, here is how I work:
Strategic Planning
I break down complex learning goals into clear milestones, ensuring that from day one the project stays aligned with your business objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination
I act as the bridge between SMEs and stakeholders, facilitating clear roles and responsibilities to keep the review process moving.
Proactive Scheduling
I set realistic timelines and manage the "scope" carefully, so we hit our launch dates without sacrificing quality.
