The OSKAR model is a structured coaching framework used to guide performance conversations. While the model itself is straightforward, new managers sometimes struggle to remember the sequence and use it in real situations.

I designed this short introductory video for my client as part of a leadership training series for project managers.

​

Instead of explaining the framework through a static document, the video introduces the model step by step. 

​

To keep the content focused and easy to follow, the video uses:

• on-screen text to reinforce key ideas

• visuals featuring workplace characters

• short scenes to maintain pace

• light background music to support attention 

 

The result is a quick introduction that helps learners understand the structure of the OSKAR model before exploring the framework in more depth elsewhere in the learning hub.
