Build
I bring the design to life by creating clear, concise content and intuitive learner journeys that reduce cognitive load and make the message easy to follow.
Test
I share early versions to gather quick, targeted feedback.
Small iterations help improve flow, comprehension, and alignment with team expectations before anything is final.
Evaluate
I check whether the learning achieved its goal — confidence, accuracy, or performance.
This helps teams understand impact and decide what to refine, scale, or stop.
