Your role
Enrolment is a high-pressure environment. Students are arriving, systems are busy, and decisions often need to be made quickly.
Your role is to ensure that each student’s record is accurate, complete, and fully compliant before they are confirmed as enrolled.
As part of the enrolment team, you will:

Check that documents are valid, current, and match the student’s details

Confirm that all required evidence has been uploaded and recorded correctly

Update notes clearly and accurately on the system

Identify inconsistencies or missing information

Follow the correct escalation process when needed
Clear documentation and careful checks protect both the student and the University.
