About the UKVI Compliance Team
The UKVI Compliance Team ensures the University meets all requirements set by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
As a licensed sponsor, the University must confirm that every international student:

Has the correct immigration permission

Provides valid and complete evidence

Is recorded accurately in our systems

Meets attendance and reporting requirements throughout their studies
Our work protects the University’s sponsor licence and ensures students can begin and continue their studies without disruption.
